30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (like Amazon or local dealers) must be returned through those channels, following their specific policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened consumables or products with signs of wear or use
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us – Email info@fieldtorq.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Authorization – We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Ship It Back – Use the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier.
4. Receive Refund – Once inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a replacement? We’ll gladly exchange defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and Inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We’ll send a replacement immediately.
